Radiology Center

Our department consists of two main divisions: Radiology Center 1, which handles diagnostic imaging such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and interventional radiology(diagnostic radiology)", and Radiology Center 2, which is responsible for nuclear medicine, radiation management, and radiation therapy (radiotherapy and nuclear medicine)
. As a central department, we collaborate closely with radiologists, radiologic technologists, nurses, and other medical staff to provide patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians from various specialties.
Radiology Center1
performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and CT examinations that use radiation, as well as ultrasound and MRI examinations, which do not involve radiation exposure. In addition to diagnostic imaging, we also provide advanced, non-invasive treatments through interventional radiology (IVR) for various vascular diseases and malignant tumors.
Radiology Center 2
specializes in nuclear medicine, offering various scintigraphy procedures using radioisotopes and advanced imaging with positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT). We also provide radiopharmaceutical therapy (RI therapy) using specialized radioactive drugs, such as:
- I-131 for Graves' disease and pain relief in bone metastases.
- Ra-223 for bone metastases in prostate cancer.
- 177Lu-DOTATATE for neuroendocrine tumors.
Additionally, we offer high-precision radiation therapy, including:
- Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) using a linear accelerator (LINAC).
- Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).
- Chemoradiotherapy and palliative radiation therapy.
- Intracavitary brachytherapy for gynecological cancers and bile duct cancer.
All of these divisions play a vital role as core units supporting the daily medical operations of our hospital.
If you need to undergo any of these examinations or treatments, please first consult with the Radiology Department or another relevant medical department. Your attending physician will then guide you through the necessary process. If you are unsure which department to visit, please feel free to ask our staff, and we will be happy to assist you.
