The staff of the Admission and Discharge Support Center includes doctors, nurses, pharmacists, registered dietitians, dental hygienists, social workers, clerical workers, and other occupations. The department supports hospitalized patients and their families so that they can undergo treatment with peace of mind during their hospitalization and after discharge.

We share anxieties and concerns about medical treatment before admission, during hospitalization, and after discharge, and cooperate within the hospital as well as with medical welfare facilities and public institutions when necessary.
