The goal of treating diabetes is to prevent diabetic complications and extend healthy life expectancy. Diabetes can damage the micro and macro blood vessels throughout the body, causing diabetic complications such as retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy. Furthermore, diabetes has been shown to promote the development of atherosclerosis, leading to heart attack and stroke. To prevent the onset and progression of diabetic complications, it is necessary not only to manage blood glucose levels properly, but also to manage other risk factors such as hypertension and dyslipidemia. In recent years, remarkable advances have been made in developing novel agents against diabetes, thereby giving us a variety of therapeutic options for it. We provide comprehensive and personalized medicine for diabetes based on the patient's general condition as well as their age. We also provide precise diagnosis and treatment for endocrinological disorders.
